This is a role for a Chartered Accountant ready to lead a team, own client relationships and act as a true trusted advisor. THE ROLE This is a genuine leadership role that combines technical review, client advisory and people management. Day to day you will:
- Review work papers, financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and super funds
- Deliver complex tax planning and practical, commercial advice that adds real value to clients’ businesses
- Design, develop and analyse financial models and management accounting reports
- Identify, research and resolve complex accounting issues
- Manage team workflow and communicate closely with the partners on client matters
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members, introducing them to clients as they grow




- Contribute to business development by cross selling firm services and building relationships with new clients and referrers ABOUT YOU
- Business or Commerce degree
- CA qualified or equivalent
- Five to seven years’ experience in professional services
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Business development exposure is highly regarded
