Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing professionals to join our Community Health team in the Caboolture and Sunshine Coast areas. You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our community members. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, overnight care, monitoring patient health conditions, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in home nursing care and support to clients in the community.
- Assist with patient assessments, care plans, and health education.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications and

Skills:

- Enrolled Nurses
- Minimum of one year experience.
- Registered Nurses
- Minimum of 18 months experience in Aged Care or Community Services.
- Assistant in Nursing




- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Health Services.
- Current registration as an Enrolled / Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Current police check within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in community health or a similar setting preferred.
