About the role
Working closely with our Sales & Lifestyle Manager and wider team, you'll enjoy a wide-ranging role combining customer service, village administration, resident experience and sales support. One day you could be welcoming prospective residents and showing them through their future home; the next, coordinating service bookings, supporting a community event or following up maintenance requests. The role offers 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday: 9.15am
- 2.45pm (30-minute lunch break).

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, responsive service to residents, families and visitors.
- Managing property enquiries, building relationships with prospective residents and conducting village tours.
- Following up sales opportunities and maintaining accurate prospect records.
- Supporting maintenance administration, contractor bookings and outstanding work.
- Assisting with property inspections, handovers, move-ins and departures.
- Helping coordinate resident services,



events and communications.
- Keeping village records, correspondence and documentation organised and current.
- Occasional weekend work may be required for essential events or operational needs. About you
- You're a confident communicator who makes people feel welcome and follows through on commitments.
- Strong customer service and administration skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and learning new systems.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to enquiries, opportunities and problem-solving.
- A warm, professional manner and a genuine interest in supporting and assisting people.
