- Client-facing role with genuine relationship management responsibilities An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a modern award winning CA practice, centrally located in the Gold Coast. The firm provides a broad range of services across Accounting, Taxation, Management Accounting, Virtual CFO services and more, and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality client outcomes. Working closely with a highly accomplished Partner, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in managing and mentoring a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop strong client relationships across a wide-ranging portfolio
- Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns
- Provide tax structuring and strategic business advice
- Review Div 7A implications, company accounts and loan repayment calculations
- Prepare tax projections and year-end tax planning strategies
- Manage workflow,



productivity and delegation across the team
- Review and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and technical support
- Assist with budgeting, billing and overall client management

Requirements:

- Currently working at Assistant Manager or Manager level within a local public practice firm
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong technical tax and business services knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Motivated, proactive and career-driven with a professional and personable approach In Return:
