Holistic Room is a boutique beauty space in Broome offering brow and lash services, body waxing, advanced facials and massage. We are seeking an experienced, diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist who is a confident all-rounder, with a strong focus in either brows or spa services, and a willingness to continue developing their skills across both. This role suits someone who enjoys working autonomously, while also being part of a small, calm team in a well-established space. The Opportunity This is a casual position with the potential for permanent part-time for the right candidate. Days and hours are negotiable depending on the candidate suitability. Saturday availability is essential (finishing at 1pm), Mondays and some weekday afternoon/early evenings highly desirable.
About the Role
- Brow and lash services including waxing, tinting, dyeing, lash lifts and brow laminations (lamination experience highly desirable but not essential)
- Body waxing (including Brazilian)
- Facials (essential)
- Relaxation massage (highly desirable)
- Reception and retail duties
- Working confidently and independently
- Supporting day-to-day operations alongside one other therapist About You
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Confident performing a range of treatments
- Strength in either brows or spa services
- Willingness to continue developing skills across both areas
- Calm, reliable, and qualified
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
