- Opportunities to grow up and across multiple services/roles within our Organisation As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with educators, NS', ECTs and our wider team to provide high quality education and care for all children across HCS.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Supporting the planning and implementation of our program
- Responding to children’s interests,



strengths and developmental needs
- Contributing to the observation, documentation and assessment of children’s learning
- Building positive and respectful relationships with families & stakeholders
- Working collaboratively within all HCS teams with a child first focus
- Supporting an inclusive, secure and nurturing learning environment
- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework Preferred

requirements:

- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge of child development, early learning principles, and best practices in childcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- A passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check You will be supported by an experienced senior leadership team including Educational Leaders, Early Childhood Teachers, an Education Development Supervisor, General Manager and Inclusion Support Officers. Pay: $76,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Work
