Female Disability Support Worker – SIL Overnight Care | Central Coast Professional Care Supports Professional Care Supports is seeking an experienced, reliable and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to provide overnight support in one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes on the Central Coast. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of consistency, building trust and providing respectful, person-centred support.

About the Role
This position involves providing overnight support in a SIL home on the Central Coast. We are seeking a female support worker who can commit to 1–2 sleepover shifts per week and provide consistent, reliable support to our participants. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing overnight support and assistance as required.
- Assisting with evening and morning routines.
- Providing personal care assistance when required.
- Supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities and complex support needs.
- Assisting with daily living activities and household routines.
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable and supportive home workplace.
- Following individual support plans and completing accurate shift notes.
- Responding calmly and professionally to participants' needs. What We're Looking For




- Female applicants to meet the identified personal care and support needs of participants, where a lawful occupational requirement applies.
- Previous experience in disability support, preferably within a SIL environment.
- Availability for 1–2 overnight sleepover shifts per week.
- Preferably located on the Central Coast.
- Reliable, compassionate and professional.
- Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities or complex support needs.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and maintain professional boundaries. Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check, where required.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current driver's licence.
- Comprehensive car insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
