About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Pulo Services' RSL Club in NSW. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our club's patrons, staff, and assets. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all who visit our establishment. What you'll be doing
- Conduct regular patrols of the club's premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies, following established protocols
- Liaise with club management, staff, and external authorities (e.g. police) to coordinate security-related matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security-related activities and incidents
- Assist with the enforcement of the club's policies and regulations, ensuring compliance from all visitors
- Provide a friendly and professional presence, helping to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all club patrons What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a security or related role, preferably within the club or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people
- A current Security Officer License (NSW) or the ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with relevant security legislation and regulations
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
