Clarity Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join an Australian mining services organisation. ##

About the Role
In this role, you will support the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll, ensuring employees are paid correctly while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation. Working closely with the finance team, you will also assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and employee enquiries. ##

Key Responsibilities

- Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Administer superannuation contributions, employee deductions and salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Maintain employee records and process new starter and employee detail updates.
- Manage Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting and payroll tax requirements.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare month-end payroll payments.
- Respond to payroll enquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Assist with internal and external audits and other finance-related duties as required. ## About You
- 1–2 years’ minimum experience in payroll processing,



preferably end-to-end.
- Experience with Pronto, SAP SuccessFactors or Chris21 is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- High volume payroll processing exposure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to payroll accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. ## Why This Role
