About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Shop & Service Manager to lead our retail and service operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, managing a team of pool technicians and retail staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth. This is a Full-time role working Tuesday
- Saturday during store trading hours. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make Swimart Lawnton one of the most respected pool businesses in the region. ##

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and service schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and job tracking systems
- Process invoices, payments, and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with technicians and internal staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Assist with retail sales of pool chemicals, equipment, and accessories




- Perform water testing and provide advanced pool care advice
- Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and inventory processes
- Support general store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor job progress, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor business performance and contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and business growth strategies ## About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Has pool industry experience
- Has previous management or leadership experience
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- Has a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Is reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team ##
