We are is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team in Noosa Heads This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join one of the largest independently owned property management businesses in the Noosa Shire. What you'll be doing?
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships: Proactively building genuine, trusted relationships with owners and tenants, acting as a reliable adviser throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Leasing your own portfolio: Running open homes and selecting tenants personally, with support from a dedicated assistant property manager.
- Resolving tenancy matters: Addressing issues before they escalate, including representation at QCAT where required.
- Advising on rent and market positioning: Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and providing owners with explicit market positioning advice.
- Reviewing inspections: Assessing inspection reports and deciding on the right next steps to protect owners' assets.
- Maintaining compliance: Ensuring clean, consistent compliance under the RTRA Act.
- Shaping the business: Contributing to the systems and processes that keep us at the forefront of the property management industry.

- Strong legislative knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.

- Ownership mindset: Someone who takes full ownership of their portfolio, while knowing when to ask for support.
