Payroll Officer *Join Australia's Leading Poultry Industry Services Provider
* Multiquip is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team in our Liverpool Head Office. As the Payroll Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precise and punctual processing of employee payroll. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Awards, while delivering exceptional support to our team members. Key Duties &

Responsibilities:

- Processing end to end payroll in the Greentree Payroll System
- Ensure completion of all Payroll Compliance, including PAYG, Superannuation and STP Reporting
- Process all Kronos time and attendance records for all employees
- Assist with all payroll related queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist with month and year end reporting
- Assist with processing new starters, terminations and maintaining employee records What we are looking for:
- Certificate IV in Payroll Administration or relevant
- A Payroll Professional, who is up to date with the complexity of the Australian payroll requirements
- Previous experience using payroll software (Greentree, Kronos highly desirable) however, this is not mandatory as a level of experience will be taken into account




- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience with a blue-collar workforce, including multiple awards
- A solid understanding of modern award conditions and enterprise agreements
- Process driven with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret Awards and EA provisions
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate level on Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to clearly communicate technical and numerical information to non-technical audience
- Ability to thrive under pressure and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
