- Coach and support Design Consultants to improve conversions and sales results.
- Monitor leads, appointments, quotes, and follow-up activity.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new team members.
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Help manage customer escalations and fallout prevention.
- Work closely with customer service, production, and installation teams.
- Drive accountability, performance, and a winning team culture. What We're Looking For




- Proven sales experience with a passion for achieving results.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Experience in home improvements, construction, or in-home sales is highly regarded.
