They are now looking for casual Sales Associates to join two of their Launceston stores, in the Launceston CBD and at Meadow Mews.
About the role
As a Sales Associate, you will provide quality customer service, keep your store looking great and make sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
Key responsibilities
include:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Achieving sales and KPI targets
- Maintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of products and current promotions
- Assisting with day to day store operations
- Keeping the store's appearance and organisation to a high standard
- Inventory control and loss prevention
- Living the company's values These are casual positions across two stores in the Launceston area. About you
- A commitment to providing exceptional service based on meeting the needs of the customer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to solve or escalate problems as they arise, such as resolving customer complaints
