Workforce Extensions Sutherland are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Technician to join an established and growing service team working across premium commercial, industrial and high-end client sites throughout Sydney.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems across a diverse range of quality client sites.





Your responsibilities will include:

- Commercial HVAC servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Fault-finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Attending client sites and providing professional technical support
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues
- Completing all work safely and to a high standard
- Working independently while contributing to a close‑knnear service team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving technical problems and is confident dealing directly with clients.

You will ideally have:

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Proven HVAC / Air Conditioning Technician experience
- Strong commercial HVAC experience
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver Licence
- White Card / WHS Card
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

Daikin experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Technicians based within a reasonable commuting distance of Sutherland Shire / Southern Sydney are highly regarded.
