About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our care team, with afternoon and night shifts available.

In this rewarding role, you will work alongside our nursing and care teams to provide safe, high-quality and person-centred care to our residents. You will play an important part in supporting residents' daily needs, promoting their independence and ensuring they feel comfortable, respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents' individual needs, preferences and dignity.

- Assist residents with daily living activities,



including personal care, hygiene, mobility and mealtime support.

- Promote residents' independence, social engagement and overall wellbeing.

- Observe and report changes in residents' health, behaviour or care needs to nursing staff.

- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams while maintaining high standards of infection control, safety and confidentiality.

About You

We are looking for caring and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting older Australians, enjoy working collaboratively and share our commitment to resident-centred care.

To be successful, you will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, or be currently studying a Diploma of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing.

- A genuine passion for aged care and supporting the wellbeing of older people.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and respectful approach.

- The ability to work effectively within a team and follow care plans and clinical directions.

- A commitment to infection prevention, workplace safety and high standards of care.

- Availability to work afternoon and/or night shifts.

- Willingness to meet applicable vaccination and infection prevention requirements.

- A valid and clear National Police Check.

- Not be subject to a banning order under the Aged Care Act.
