We are looking for an experienced Pega Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives within the telecom domain. The role involves managing project delivery, stakeholder relationships, and executive governance to ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives, including platform upgrades, workflow modernization, CRM/customer service automation, order management, case management, customer onboarding, complaints management, AI-driven decisioning, and digital transformation programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and program stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with Business, IT, Architecture, Operations, Security, and Vendor teams.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, budget,



and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and elevate delivery risks and issues.
- Present project status, progress, and key updates to CXOs and senior management.
