VACCA in Victoria leads Aboriginal child protection with a culturally centred approach. The Team Leader will supervise Case Managers, oversee investigations, assessments and case plans to secure the safety and long-term needs of children, while applying the Nugel Practice Approach and cultural safeguards.
Successful candidates will mentor staff, uphold VACCA’s values, and may carry a small caseload under the Nugel program. Solid collaboration with partners is essential.
