About the Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for delivering efficient, friendly and professional service while maintaining the high standards expected at our venue. Bistro & Front of House
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Confidently managing sections during busy service periods
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Delivering meals and mixing beverages efficiently
- Clearing, resetting and maintaining tables
- Maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff Bar & Gaming
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing efficient bar service during busy periods
- Assisting with TAB, Keno and Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) operations
- Maintaining compliance with responsible service and gaming requirements
- Ensuring bar and gaming areas are clean, organised and professionally presented ## About You We are seeking applicants who bring experience, initiative and a strong work ethic. To be considered, you should have:
- Previous experience in a busy pub, bistro or hospitality environment – essential
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- The ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required
- Reliability, punctuality and a genuine commitment to your role
- Availability across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one immediately
- A current RCG certificate or willingness to obtain one immediately
