Talent Connect Australia is partnering with a leading share registry business to find a Payments Project Officer for a 3 month assignment. This is a great chance for someone who thrives on detail and deadlines, and wants to get hands-on with dividend, distribution and interest payment projects for some of Australia's largest listed companies. What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end coordination of payment and annual tax statement projects, from client brief through to dispatch
- Working closely with Client Service Managers and clients to confirm payment requirements
- Preparing project documentation and managing timelines against key milestones
- Coordinating multiple payment projects at once, all with their own deadlines
- Testing system changes and improvements as they roll out
- Being the calm, organised point of contact across a range of stakeholders What you'll bring

- Professional, polished communication skills, written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Office skills and a willingness to pick up new systems
- Any exposure to ASX listing rules, CHESS, or dividend payments is a bonus, but not essential
