- Experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or a combination of both.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, application design and security.
- Experience defining architectural standards, roadmaps and governance without creating unnecessary complexity.
- An understanding of modern application integration, cloud platforms and emerging AI technologies.
- The ability to balance long-term architectural thinking with pragmatic, delivery-focused solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence senior business leaders.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in an evolving setting.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, AWS Bedrock, generative AI platforms or large-scale transformation initiatives would be highly regarded.
