The opportunity You'll be Infinite's first in-house Videographer and Content Editor: the person who decides how a three-business wealth group films, edits, stores and ships video, and then does it, every week, for an audience of tens of thousands. Over the next 12 months the Growth division is reshaping how Infinite shows up in the world, and video sits at the centre of it. You're not joining a content team. You're starting one. You'll sit inside the Growth division, the intrapreneurs of the business. Small team, big remit, no egos. Your voice and your ideas aren't just welcome; they're expected. What you get to do
- Film Tim where he's at his best: events, client days, site visits, the office, the road. Plus the Finance and Real Estate experts joining him on camera.
- Cut around 50 short-form edits a month for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, and the longer pieces: sales videos, webinars, courses.
- Build the paid creative engine: modular ads, many hooks, fast re-cuts of the winners, every variation tracked back to its result.
- Use AI tools properly: captioning, transcription, first assembly,



ideation, graphics. We want speed with craft, and you'll help set the workflow.
- Design the whole function: shot lists, the library, the filming set-up, the way an hour of Tim's time becomes a week of content. What you bring
- 18 months or more filming and editing professionally, with a showreel that includes vertical social and interview work.
- Fast and confident in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Real camera, lighting and audio skills, and your own professional kit.
- Comfortable with groups, individuals and interviews, and with the unplanned moment that turns out to be the best thing you shot all week.
- Personality. You bring energy and clarity to a shoot and get the best out of the people in front of the lens.
- A go-getter: self-motivated, takes direction and runs with it, finds the chance nobody pointed at, and wants to grow into a senior creative seat. What you get
- OTE of up to $90,000 base plus 12% super, set by capability, experience and portfolio.
