Julietta is a 38-seat Italian restaurant and wine bar on Toorak Road, South Yarra that opened in May. Just five months since opening, people are loving what we've been doing, so we're building our FOH and bar team ahead of summer We're looking for experienced, passionate and professional Front of House and Senior Front of House team members. Our service style is relaxed and warm, but exacting in how we deliver that service
- all the finer things, but with personality, and without pretence. We build genuine rapport with our guests and strive to exceed their expectations of Julietta with personal touches. To be successful in a FOH role with us, you will bring to the table:
- Experience in a similar style, busy venue (wine bar, bistro, or restaurant with a strong guest focus) where tables turn regularly across busy services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality.
- Genuinely love looking after and connecting with guests.




- Thrives working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and a great vibe.
- A professional, upbeat, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
