About the Role
We are seeking hands on Managers or Management Couples , to run day-to-day operations including administration, front office, housekeeping and maintenance, and in some locations a restaurant, at any of our 24 Hotels Australia wide in the following areas: Melbourne, Toowoomba, Caloundra, Gladstone, 1770 Agnes Waters, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton, Cairns, Newcastle, Canberra, Launceston, Perth. With new locations opening up regularly. This is a versatile opportunity for a Manager or Management Couple who takes pride in what they do. This is a diverse role that will suit operators who are hands on and who have experience in customer service and dealing with the public. You may already live in the area or surrounding areas and are looking for a new challenge, or alternatively, you may come from outside the area and can easily relocate. - Able to lead a team of dedicated staff
- Prepared to work within all areas of the business
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Revenue building skills
- Computing and reporting skills
- Experience in RMS or other accommodation booking systems
