We are seeking an experienced mining engineer to support various projects located at site and brisbane office.
As a Senior Mining Engineer you will play a key role in supporting development of an executable plan, identifying risk and opportunities, and communicating the operating strategy without compromising on quality and sustainability, whilst maximising productivity.

Your interpersonal skills will foster collaborative working relationships across different departments.
As a successful candidate,
you will have to possess the following:- A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.- Minimum 10 years mining experience with minimum 5 years in office experience is a must.- Experience in open cut coal mines.
Multiple commodities will be preferable.- Experience in various mining methods (Truck Shovel, Dragline, Dozer Push)- Experience in mine design, reserving and scheduling for short, medium and long-term plan- Proficient in using various mining softwares eg.
Vulcan, Deswik, Spry
The role will require frequent travel to site on specific roster as per required by client.
