Programmed is currently seeking Bakery production workers to join our client's manufacturing operations located in Forrestville.
This is a ongoing casual position that offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment. About the role: As a Bakery Production Worker, you will play an significant role in the manufacture and packaging of bakery products within a fast-paced production environment.
You will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the bakery.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor bakery production and packaging equipment Assist with the preparation, processing, and packaging of bakery products Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene requirements at all times Maintain a clean and organised work area Complete production documentation and records as required Identify and report equipment or product quality issues Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures Work across day, afternoon,
