About the opportunity

We are looking for a Partnerships and Fundraising Lead to help grow our impact by building meaningful partnerships with businesses and donors who want to make a real difference.

This is an opportunity to combine your commercial experience and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for creating positive community impact.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will play a key role in growing sustainable revenue and strengthening engagement across the Geelong region by:

- Strengthening and growing existing corporate partnerships, delivering against agreed revenue targets.
- Identifying and securing new corporate partnerships, sponsorships and funding opportunities.
- Leading and growing the Foundation's Workplace Giving program.
- Supporting engagement with philanthropic trusts and foundations, including funding applications and submissions.
- Preparing compelling partnership proposals, presentations and impact reports.
- Representing the Foundation across the Geelong business and community sectors.
- Managing partnership pipelines and opportunities through Salesforce CRM.

You will work closely with business leaders, community partners,



donors and colleagues to develop partnerships that deliver meaningful and lasting community impact.

We offer:

- Base salary of $105,578 – $110,360 per annum (FTE) + 12% superannuation (commensurate with skills and experience).
- Full-time employment, with part-time arrangements down to 0.8 FTE considered.

The total remuneration package is approximately $121,000 – $127,000 per annum, with additional benefits bringing the estimated equivalent package value to $129,000 – $135,000 - commensurate with skills and experience.

About you

You are a confident, proactive relationship builder who enjoys identifying opportunities, connecting with people and turning ideas into results. You will bring:

- At least five years' experience in business development, partnerships, sales, marketing or a related field.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and deliver against revenue targets.
- Strong networking skills and an understanding of the Geelong business community.




- Confidence engaging with senior business leaders and developing compelling proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic and commercially focused mindset, with the initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- A genuine passion for creating positive community impact.

Experience within the not-for-profit sector and an understanding of fundraising would be advantageous but are not essential.
