**Overview:** Our client is a highly regarded property landlord with an established portfolio of retail assets across Adelaide. Known for their strong reputation and supportive team culture, they offer a great opportunity to join an established business with a long-standing team. They are looking for an experienced Property Administratorto join their team and assist in the management of property portfolios, leases and tenant engagement.
- Manage, review and audit lease documentation, monthly lease audits
- Assist with rent reviews and increases
- Process and review for accuracy monthly tenant charges and generate tenant rental invoices/statements with accompanying letter and supporting evidence
- Assist Property Managers with rental arrears
- Process lease outgoing adjustments
- Raise purchase orders for expenditures
- Ad hoc administrative duties to support the Property Managers BENEFITS

- Experience in a Centre Administration role or as a Retail Property Administrator, ideally within a shopping centre or retail environment, would be preferred. Also open to commercial property administration.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and basic accounts.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using MRI property management software is highly regarded.
