The Role As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in tendering major commercial projects, working closely with the Estimating Manager, senior leadership and project delivery teams to develop competitive and commercially sound submissions.

Key responsibilities
will include:
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for major commercial construction projects across public and private sectors.
- Reviewing tender documentation, preparing detailed quantity take-offs and developing bid strategies.
- Managing subcontractor tender packages, assessing pricing and negotiating competitive outcomes.
- Identifying value engineering opportunities, commercial risks and cost-saving strategies.
- Managing the tender process through to final submission, including client negotiations and post-tender handovers. About You To be successful in this role,



you will be an experienced Senior Estimator with a proven track record of successfully tendering large scale projects. You will bring:
- Minimum 10 years' estimating experience within commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing tenders exceeding $80M.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in estimating software, ideally Buildsoft or Cubit.
- Strong experience in subcontractor procurement, tender analysis and pricing negotiations.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, commercial risks and competitive tender strategies.
- Ability to independently manage complex tenders and competing deadlines. The Benefits
