NORTHSIX is partnering with a growing commercial subcontractor, delivering works for major builders across the commercial construction space. This is a business where performance is recognised and your contribution matters. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Director, Senior Estimator and Contract Administrator to keep projects moving, on time and on track. The role is available to start immediately for the right person. The role
- Coordinate the delivery of subcontract works across commercial construction projects
- Liaise with builders, suppliers and site teams
- Support scheduling, documentation and procurement processes
- Track project progress and flag risks early
- Keep the Director informed with clear, timely updates
- Manage RFIs, variations and correspondence with builders
- Coordinate shop drawings, approvals and material orders
- Maintain project documentation and records,
including safety and compliance documents
- Support progress claims and cost tracking
- Assist with project handover, including defects and close out documentation About you
- 3 to 5 years of solid project coordination experience
- Experience in commercial construction, ideally within a subcontractor environment
- Strong organisational skills, able to stay on top of multiple moving parts
- Comfortable in a fast paced, growing business where no two days look the same
- A team player who takes ownership and communicates well
