We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our client based in Mandurah for an immediate start. This is a role offering a short-term assignment of approximately 6 weeks, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. A great opportunity to try before you buy The Role:
- Manage a small, manageable portfolio of approximately 60 properties.
- Handle day-to-day property management duties, including tenant and landlord communication.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections and routine property administration.
- Ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team from our Mandurah office. About You:
- Previous experience in residential property management essential.
- Current real estate registration.
- Solid communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive,
reliable approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
- A current WA driver’s licence and reliable transport. What’s on Offer:
