About the Opportunity We are an established and growing organisation specialising in Fire Protection, Electrical, Mechanical and Building Essential Services across the construction and building maintenance sectors. We are currently seeking two enthusiastic Graduate / Junior Engineers to join our Project Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or individuals at the early stages of their careers who are looking to develop practical engineering and project management skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and technical teams, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse range of projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects.
- Conduct site inspections, assessments and assist in preparing scopes of work.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and technical records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, clients and other stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance, compliance and workplace safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress and assist in meeting programme, budget and quality objectives.
- Provide technical and administrative support throughout various stages of project delivery.
- Travel to project sites throughout Sydney and occasionally Regional NSW, including assignments of approximately 2–3 weeks when required. About You We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in developing a career in engineering and project management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline, or relevant industry experience.




- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- A valid WHS White Card. Highly Regarded but Not Essential:
- Previous exposure to fire protection, building services, construction or essential services.
- Experience in project coordination, site inspections or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, compliance requirements or construction processes. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
