We're looking for an experienced, passionate Chef to join our small, dedicated kitchen team in Shoreham on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We value quality produce, good food, a supportive team culture and a positive working setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lunch service Thursday to Sunday
- Dinner service Friday and Saturday
- Running a section with confidence and organisation About you
- Solid experience in a professional kitchen
- Take pride in quality produce, preparation and presentation
- Reliable, organised and confident running a section
- Positive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively in a small team
- Own reliable transport essential, as there is no public transport available to the venue
