- Growth: We fund ongoing up-skilling and tickets. ## The Role At Fencescape Qld, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As a Lead Installer, your day-to-day will include:
- Installation: Working across all fencing types (Timber, Aluminium, Colorbond, PVC, Chainwire, Gates,
and Retaining Walls).
- Site Management: Reviewing job details with clients, reporting to the foreman, reading plans and quantifying materials on-site.
- Craftsmanship: Setting fence posts, rails, and lines to precise standards using hand and power tools.
- Safety & Presentation: Maintaining a clean, protected worksite and upholding our high standards of presentation. ## About You We are looking for a reliable team player who takes pride in their work and respects our clients. Ideally, you have:

Experience:
~2+ years in fencing or landscape construction (no formal trade qualification required, just solid skills).
- Licences: Current Drivers Licence & QLD White Card (both essential).
- Fitness: High level of physical fitness and a strong work ethic.
- Subcontractors: Own ute, tools, and insurance if applying as a contractor. ##
