- Position: Full time General Practitioner (VR)
- Remuneration: $200/hour guarantee for the first 3 months, then 65% of billings
- Billing model: Mixed billing with a strong private base
- Average gross billings: $2,500 to $5,000 per day
- Occupational Health: Optional and encouraged
- Weekends: Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 11:00 am, shared across a 5-GP roster
- On-call: No hospital work or hospital on-call. Occasional light mine-site injury on-call
- Relocation: Temporary accommodation provided Non-VR GPs (General Registration) $100 to $150/hour for the first 3 months, then 40% to 65% of billings depending on pathway, progress and experience. We are an FSP and ACRRM accredited practice. Supervisor Prospect We currently have doctors working under supervision and are looking for an experienced GP to help share the supervision load as a Primary Supervisor or Co-Supervisor. This is optional and comes with an additional weekly incentive:
- Primary Supervisor (Level 1): $1,000/week
- Co-Supervisor (Level 1): $500/week Ideal for a VR GP with supervision experience or an interest in teaching. Try Before You Commit Relocating is a big decision, so

a short trial stint of 2 to 3 weeks before you commit to the permanent role. It’s a chance to meet the team, see how the practice runs and get a feel for life in Moranbah. - Current AHPRA general registration with no conditions
- Minimum 3 years of recent, recognised General Practice experience
- VR GPs (FRACGP or FACRRM) for the full-time role
