Key responsibilities
- Providing friendly, personalised customer service
- Assisting customers with wine, gourmet food and product selections
- Recommending products and sharing your enthusiasm for food and wine
- Operating the POS and handling transactions
- Replenishing stock, merchandising displays and maintaining presentation standards
- Helping with general shop duties to ensure the store runs smoothly About you

- A team player who can also work independently
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends as required
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred, and an interest in wine is a bonus
