Now we're looking for a cofounder to take Lineup across the ditch. The role You'll lead Lineup's growth in Australia:
• Build relationships with founder communities, programmes and ecosystem orgs in Sydney and beyond
• Bring Australian founders, startups and startup people onto Lineup
• Shape the hiring side with us, so hiring your first people is no harder than finding your cofounder
• Help decide what Lineup becomes, as a cofounder rather than an employee This is equity-based and can be part-time to start. Hybrid,



Sydney-based: you'll mostly work from home, and show up in person at Sydney's startup events, meetups and community spaces. We practise what we preach: we start with a conversation, then a small project together, and only then talk commitment. You might be a fit if you
• Are based in Sydney and already show up in its startup scene
• Have built something yourself, or been early in a startup
• Are a natural connector who gives before you ask
