As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Site Foremen to join our team and help deliver complex Class 2 residential projects across Sydney.
If you're passionate about residential construction, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering well-designed, buildable projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors on site.
- Drive project progress, program and productivity alongside the Site Manager.
- Maintain high standards of quality,
safety and compliance.
- Manage inspections, ITPs, defects and handover requirements.
- Coordinate daily site activities, resources and trade sequencing.
- Lead and mentor site teams while maintaining a safe and productive work setting.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman
- Strong knowledge of residential or mixed-use construction and finishing works.
- Excellent trade coordination, leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read plans, manage programs and deliver projects to deadlines.
