ABOUT FELLR

FELLR is an independent Australian drinks brand born from the beaches of Sydney in 2020, with a simple ambition: to create refreshing drinks that people are stoked to share with their friends.

Since then, we’ve forged our own path — tapping into Australian culture through music, surf, fashion and art, and building relationships with people and brands who share that spirit.

With new products, partnerships and a big summer of events ahead, we’re looking for someone to help bring the FELLR world to life across social.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a freelance Social Content Creator & Coordinator to work with us 2-3 days a week, creating great content and keeping our Instagram and TikTok channels moving.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll turn brand and campaign priorities into content — from pitching ideas and filming at events to editing videos, writing captions and scheduling posts.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong creative eye who can take an idea through to a finished post. You’re comfortable capturing content on your phone, getting amongst it at events and finding stories in everyday moments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content creation

– Pitch content ideas that bring FELLR’s products, people, partnerships and brand personality to life.

– Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories and short-form video.

– Capture content at selected events, activations, venues and shoots, alongside planned content sessions.





– Turn existing campaign assets, event footage and creator content into fresh social posts.

– Keep across trends, formats and cultural moments, identifying what makes sense for FELLR.

Social coordination

– Build and maintain the content calendar with the Marketing Manager.

– Write captions and prepare, schedule and publish approved content.

– Help keep the channels active through community engagement during agreed working hours.

– Find and curate relevant UGC, coordinating permission to re-share where needed.

– Keep content files and the asset library organised.

– Track basic performance and share recommendations on what to repeat, improve or amplify.

Creator & partner content

– Help source and coordinate content from FELLR’s creators, ambassadors and brand partners.

– Support simple content briefs, follow-ups and deliverable tracking.

– Identify creators and cultural voices who feel right for the FELLR world.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

– Experience creating content and coordinating social channels for brands, either freelance, in-house or agency-side.

– A portfolio showing strong Instagram and TikTok content,



particularly short-form video you’ve filmed and edited yourself.

– Confident phone filming and editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.

– A strong eye for visuals, pacing, hooks and storytelling.

– Clear, engaging copywriting and a feel for brand tone of voice.

– Strong organisation, reliable communication and the ability to take a brief through to delivery.

– A genuine interest in Australian music, surf, fashion, hospitality and culture.

– Sydney-based and available for local content capture and selected events.

Experience with drinks, lifestyle, fashion, music or hospitality brands is a bonus. Above all, we want to see your creative thinking and the work you can make.

THE ARRANGEMENT

– 15-20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with the working schedule agreed together.

– A mix of remote work, team collaboration and content capture around Sydney.

– Some flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events, with hours and fees agreed in advance.

– An agreed scope and content priorities that fit the available time.

– Freelance rate based on experience and scope.
