In this role, you'll:

- Shape integrated rail network plans that balance customer needs and demand with operational capacity and network constraints.
- Provide high-quality analysis and advice in a complex rail setting, using customer, demand and network performance data to inform service planning and decision making.
- Collaborate across Transport and with rail operators to identify opportunities to improve rail services and customer outcomes across the network.

About You

- You have appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant and equivalent professional experience.
- You’re an analytical problem solver, skilled at translating complex information and data into clear advice for diverse stakeholders.
- You bring experience in collaborative,



customer-focused planning and analysis to identify practical service improvements and deliver better outcomes for customers.
