Lead the next stage of asset management maturity at GMW.

GMW offers the chance to lead the Asset Strategy and Engineering Support team in shaping how we manage more than $11 billion of diverse and critical infrastructure across northern Victoria.

Working across the enterprise with a One-GMW and customer-value approach, you’ll improve the quality and use of asset information, leverage new technology and data, strengthen asset management and engineering practices, and identify smarter ways to optimise whole-of-asset-life outcomes.

If you’re passionate about leading and turning good asset information and technical expertise into better decisions, better practices and greater long-term value, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience in asset management, asset strategy or engineering support.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn data and insights into better decisions.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.




- Experience working collaboratively across teams to improve asset performance, practices and long-term value.
