? What You'll Do:
- Lead all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, and motivate a rockstar team
- Ensure high standards of customer service, speed, and product quality
- Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Monitor and meet sales, labour, and cost targets
- Foster a fun, positive, and efficient work culture
- Be the face of our brand in the community
