We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our onsite team supporting our Retail customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast paced, people first role where your coordination skills and attention to detail will truly shine.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-touch recruitment processes. You’ll:

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on administration, coordination, and recruitment project support
- Manage key process elements including job posting, interview coordination, background checks, contract generation, onboarding, and reporting
- Become a go-to expert on TA systems and processes
- Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike

This is a contract opportunity until the end of June 2027.



Hybrid working is on offer with our team typically spending up to 3 days per week onsite with the client and working remotely for the rest.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-moving environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in a TA Coordinator role supporting a busy recruitment team
- The ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with Humanforce (LiveHire) is a plus, and strong Excel skills are essential
