At Odi, we believe little ones deserve the very best from their very first bites. We're a wholefood nutrition brand on a simple (but big!) mission: to create the most nutrient-dense baby and kids' food on the planet.

Born in New Zealand, our nutrient-packed products have been winning over Kiwi families, and now we’re bringing Odi across the ditch. We're launching in Australia with big plans to grow fast across grocery, pharmacy, specialty retail and convenience, and we want to become a category-leading brand here. That's where you come in.

The Role

This is your chance to join our founding Australian team and help shape a whole new generation of baby and kids' food, starting right here in Victoria.

As our Melbourne-based Territory Manager, you'll be the face of Odi across your Victorian patch. You'll get our products onto more shelves, build great relationships with retailers, and turn new opportunities into lasting growth, all while helping more Victorian families discover better nutrition for their kids.

You'll work closely with our Senior Territory Manager, but this is very much your territory. You'll have real ownership and the freedom to make your mark, whether that's opening new doors, growing distribution, training store teams or bringing the Odi brand to life in-store through your merchandising powers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Owning your territory: Run a structured call cycle across Metcash (IGA), pharmacy, petrol and convenience, and specialty retail throughout Melbourne and surrounds.
- Growing our footprint: Spot and land new ranging and distribution opportunities at store and area level, winning more shelf space in line with our territory strategy.
- Building excellent relationships: Connect with store managers, owners and floor staff, and turn them into genuine Odi fans.
- Sharing the Odi story: Train retail teams on our range, its nutritional benefits and what makes us different, so they can recommend us with confidence.
- Making us shine on shelf: Keep displays looking fantastic, from planograms and POS placement to stock rotation.
- Bringing the brand to life: Plan and run in-store demos, and represent Odi at local trade and retailer events.
- Sharing what you see: Track your visits, competitor activity and retailer feedback, and keep your Senior Territory Manager in the loop.

What We're Looking For

- FMCG experience (essential): You've got solid experience in FMCG field sales, merchandising or retail representation, so you know how to win in-store.




- A strong local network: You know your way around Victorian retail. Existing relationships with IGA owners, pharmacy, convenience or specialty retailers will help you hit the ground running and make a big impact from day one.
- Energy and drive: You're hungry to build a brand and your own patch from the ground up.
- A commercial mindset: You love a stretch target and you're motivated to grow your territory independently.
- Great communication skills: You're a confident presenter and natural relationship builder who enjoys training teams and pitching ideas.
- Organisation and follow-through: You plan your calls carefully, walk in with a clear agenda, act on retailer feedback and leave every visit with a positive outcome.
- The practical stuff: A current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle, the ability to handle and transport promo stock, display units and POS materials, Australian working rights, and flexibility to travel around your territory (including occasional trips to regional Victoria).
