We are seeking an experienced, motivated and hands on Recruitment Lead to join our Brisbane based team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior management, you will take ownership of day to day recruitment operations, lead and support our recruitment team and ensure the consistent delivery of quality candidates across our mining projects.

You will play an important role in managing recruitment priorities, developing candidate pipelines and ensuring our recruitment capabilities adapt to meet changing business and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, mentor and support the recruitment team to achieve recruitment targets.

Manage end to end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to candidate selection and placement.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates.

Manage recruitment priorities, vacancies and deadlines across multiple mining projects.

Monitor recruitment performance, reporting and candidate management systems.





Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.

Support recruitment planning and team resourcing in line with operational requirements and recent contracts.

About You

We are looking for a capable and proactive recruitment professional who leads by example, takes ownership and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally within mining, resources or a similar high volume industry.

Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating recruitment activities and team members.

Strong sourcing, candidate management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of accountability.

Confidence working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering results.
