## Parts Interpreter – Automotive, Trucks & Heavy Equipment $85,000–$95,000 + Superannuation | Permanent Position | Mt Kuring-gai The Personnel Connection is recruiting an experienced Parts Interpreter for our client, an established importer and distributor of heavy industrial equipment located in Mt Kuring-gai. Our client has built a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service and is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sound technical background, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing responsive customer service. If you have experience interpreting parts for cars, trucks, commercial vehicles or heavy machinery, we would like to hear from you. ## Your Responsibilities
- Identify, source and supply the correct parts to meet customer requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Maintain and manage parts inventory, including stock control and ordering.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and deliveries.
- Work closely with the sales, service and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records using computerised parts and inventory systems. ## Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or heavy equipment industry.




- Good technical knowledge and the ability to identify and source parts accurately.
- Confidence using computers, online parts catalogues and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective time management.
- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
- A current manual driver's licence.
- A current forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential. ## What's on Offer?
