Disability Support Workers
- St Albans (3021) ... up to 20 Hours Per Week ... 63 a -year-old gentleman who continues to present with severe impairments in his mobility, self-care, communication, and self-management domains as a direct result of his Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis, requires 1:1 support. He lives on his own and his functional capacity has significantly declined over the last 12 months including his balance, transfers, mobility and is having frequent falls. Need experienced male or female support workers comfortable with working with high-risk participants, and attending to personal care needs. *Timings* Monday to Friday (2 x 4 hour shifts) Morning Shift: 9am to 1pm or Evening Shift: 3pm to 7pm $41.86
- $52.93 Per Hour (inclusive of Super & First Aid Allowance)

- CPR / Refresher Certificate (Completed in the Past 12 Months)
- Current First Aid Certificate (Completed in the Past 3 Years)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (see Services Victoria Website)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
