General Manager WOW Recruitment are working with a high-performing business in Height Access Construction that are looking for a hands-on General Manager to help improve and stablise operations ready for the next stage of growth. This is a pivotal leadership role is ideal for someone who is confident stepping into a business that has huge potential and needs stronger operational control, improved systems visibility and consistency to reach it's goals. - Own and manage day-to-day operations and overall business performance, including P&L; responsibility.
- Lead the planning and launch of a new retail storefront, establishing clear timelines, deliverables and accountability.
- Develop a consistent pipeline of work,



identifying recent business opportunities and exploring ongoing opportunities, ideally within the mining sector.
- Establish strong operational processes across the business, including toolbox talks, operational meetings and monthly planning cycles.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure leads are actioned and progressed from initial client relationships through to quotes, estimates and project delivery.
- Drive consistent use of systems (Monday.com, JAGID and Microsoft 365) to improve visibility of workflows, priorities and accountability.
- Lead, mentor and manage the internal team, ensuring clarity around roles, responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Work in line with relevant ISO accreditations and audit requirements. About You
- A confident, self-sufficient operator
- Experienced in service-based environments ideally with exposure to ISO/IMS frameworks
- Strong in operational leadership, team management, and performance accountability
- Highly organised and able to bring structure in a quick paced environment
- Open-minded in background
