Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Security Systems Technician to join our close-knit, skilled team. The Role & Weekly

Requirements:
You will be responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of electronic security systems across commercial and residential sites, primarily located in the north-west region.
- Standard Hours: Consistent 38-hour week with stable daytime hours.
- Rotational On-Call: Participation in a shared, rotational after-hours and weekend schedule to support our key clients when emergencies arise (generous allowances and penalty rates apply). Key Technical

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in leading security platforms. Ideally, you will have strong proficiency in at least one or more of the following systems (or equivalents):
- Access Control & Intruder Alarms: Inner Range Integriti / Inception, Tecom Challenger, Concept, or similar high-end access platforms.
- CCTV & VMS Systems: Milestone, Avigilon, Genetec or similar Video Management Systems.
- IP Networking:



Solid understanding of basic IP networking principles as they relate to security infrastructure. Mandatory Licences, Tickets & Checks: To be considered for this role, you must hold or be willing to undergo:
- Valid Open Cabler’s Licence
- Victorian Security Licence/Registration
- Construction Induction White Card
- National Police/Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Working at Heights / High Platform / Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Security Systems Technician.
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant state Private Security Registration/Licence.
- Flexibility to participate in the rotational after-hours schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
