About the Opportunity MINPROVISE is seeking an experienced Shutdown Planner / Coordinator to support shutdown planning and coordination activities in Cloncurry, QLD. 9-Day Fortnight or 8:6 Roster FIFO | 9-Day Fortnight or 8:6 Roster | Cloncurry, QLD | This is a great opportunity to join our team, offering a competitive remuneration package and roster options to support work-life balance. You will work closely with maintenance teams, planners and contractors to coordinate shutdown activities, maintain schedules and ensure preparations progress efficiently and in line with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support shutdown planning and coordination activities.
- Coordinate and engage with contractors throughout the planning process.
- Develop, maintain and update Gantt charts and shutdown schedules.
- Track activities, priorities and outstanding actions through to completion.
- Support schedule management and maintain consistency across shutdown preparations.
- Liaise effectively with maintenance teams, planners and contractors.
- Work within established shutdown planning processes and systems. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in shutdown planning, scheduling or coordination.
- Robust computer skills and experience using planning and scheduling tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining and updating Gantt charts.
- Strong contractor engagement and coordination skills.




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow up outstanding actions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with maintenance teams, planners and contractors.
